Sale management includes Sale articles' registration
(which will be independent and will be done after purchases'
registration), fares' management (based in a predetermined
margins policy), price change's automatic proposal, customer
orders, etc. Each customer prices and features are defined
through different classification modes:
-customer type: Own, franchise or general.
This definition will be used to assign a structured code
to each customer and to identify big customer groups.
-customer type fare: user-defined. Applicable
fares to each customer will be defined, as well as other
invoicing settings that will be inherited by customers who
belong to each type.

Storehouse management includes location control,
bases, remountings, etc., suppliers' despatch notes reception,
customer orders' delivery and control of delivery payments.
It also includes a versatile system of preparation lists'
management, through loads management; this will enable you
to merge, split and visualize them by according to truck
capacities and volume of articles. There is also the possibility
of issuing a label for each package in order to avoid errors
during preparation. Distributors' Control module is based
on the creation of distribution routes, with a broad range
of payment calculation possibilities: by population, client,
bulk, etc. Furthermore, you will be able to manage reviews
of payment calculation and invoicing of company distributors.

Automatic accounting processes will overturn all
management information into the Accounting (based on certain
predefined parameters), from which Collections and Payments
portfolios will be managed.
- Predefined
statistics will offer useful and immediate information
to company managers. Nevertheless, although AS400 is the
owner in Database management, the system is open to the
world of computer science connections -including the most
common office systems: Word, Excel, Access and so on. Therefore,
you will be able to export any table to these systems, where
you will be able to manage them according to your preferences
and needs, by means of simple SQL instructions (managed
by the system itself).
The
functionalities summarized above are complemented with an
e-commerce (sales through Internet) application, which is
connected to the AS400 Management and includes a product sample
book, prices and orders reception.
